outlook rules

I am creating a helpdesk email account that i want to have an auto reply to
any new email. I need this rule to not be client only. I tried mapping a
network drive to store the outlook template but that still came up client
side only. How can I create an auto reply that won;t just be client side only.

The "Reply using a specific template" action is strictly client-side, if
that's what you're using, since the template exists only on the client.
 
so how can I do this server side
