Outlook Rules

I have a client Runing XP, Outlook 2003, SBS 2003, exchange 2003.

She makes a rule in Outlook, below. When she replies or fowards to the email
from Janet, the message that she sent goes to the Janet folder not the sent
items.

the rule is:
From pople or distribution list, she selects Janet
Move it to a specified folder, she selects the Janet folder

we have tried different people, in and out of her domain. with the same
results.
 
there is a setting in tools, options, email that saves sent items in the
folder with the original.
