Outlook Rules Wizard should include misspelled word filter.

Almost all of the SPAM that I receive has a misspelled word in the subject
(i.e. via.gra, sfotware). This filter would allow me to filter out a
majority of all the SPAM sent to me. I realize that this would also filter
out "1337 speak", but that is just fine with me.

You may find http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ a more useful tool for this.
