Outlook Rules Wizard and Sent Items

Is there a way that I can create a rule that when I automatically send an email to someone it creates a folder and a sub sent items folder for them, and then from there it stores all of the items I have sent to them?

I have created the rule before manually for everyone of of the contacts I want to log their sent items for, but when you have so many people you keep in contact with on a daily basis it becomes quite diffucult.
