HI!

1. I am a beginner with MS Outlook. When I migrated from OE to OL, I
checked the box to import all my rules but it did not happen. How can
I get it?

2. What is the best and quick way to setup rules in OL?

3. I have IMAP account configured in OL. When I open it, it goes
directly to "ibox" of personal folder but I want OL to open "inbox" of
my IMAP server on startup. Can this be done?

4. Where can I get simple explaination of calendar, journal, notes &
tasks. Is there any website?

Thanx
Maxi

When you ask a question about Outlook, always state the Outlook version and
type of account(s) you're using.
When I migrated from OE to OL, I
checked the box to import all my rules but it did not happen. How can
I get it?

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and
Addresses>Next. Select Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, and check the Rules
box.
2. What is the best and quick way to setup rules in OL?

Tools>Rules nd Alerts, for Outlook 2003.
3. I have IMAP account configured in OL. When I open it, it goes
directly to "ibox" of personal folder but I want OL to open "inbox" of
my IMAP server on startup. Can this be done?

Again, for OL 2003, Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. Click "browse"
next to "Startup in this folder" and browse to the IMAP folder you want to
use.
4. Where can I get simple explaination of calendar, journal, notes &
tasks.

The Help menu.
Is there any website?
