Can I create a rule that will move all incoming messages to my junk mail
folder unless it meets one of these three requirements:
- sender is my contacts OR
- sender is in the safe senders list OR
- the subject line contains "Add Me"

In other words if any one of these three requirements are met, the mail will
continue to be handled normally. I saw this somewhere a few months ago, but
I'll be darned if I can find it now.

TIA,

Jim

Which version of Outlook? The junk mail filter in Outlook 2003 already
handled this condition.
- the subject line contains "Add Me"

This is failrly straight-forward. Create a rule that moves everything and
add the "except if the subject contains specific word" exception.
