Outlook rule based on client "status" or time

I'd like to see an Outlook rule option based on the client status (opened or
closed). My thinking is that Outlook should AUTOMATICALLY forward messages
to an alternate email address or to my alphapager or smartphone or pocketpc
if I'm out of the office (i.e. if my Outlook client is closed). But if my
Outlook client is open (I am in the office) then I would not need a copy of
the message forwarded to my home email account.

Alternately, how about a rule option that would be effective based on time
of day and/or day of week? It would forward selected/specifed messages to an
alternate email address or to my alphapager or smartphone or pocketpc.
weeknights between 6pm and 10pm, and maybe selected hours over the weekend,
but just leave the messages in my Inbox during normal business hours.

To let Microsoft know that you'd like to see a new feature in Outlook,
e-mail them at (e-mail address removed) and put "Outlook" in the subject
line. That's the address where they receive feature suggestions and I
assure you that they DO read it.
