Outlook Requires Network ID & Password

After rebooting my computer and logging in to Outlook "send/receive" to retreive e-mails, I was prompted to enter a network ID and password. I haven't had to do this since I first established my account over a year ago and do not remember the password. Is there a way to retrieve this or work around it? Thx.
 
Your ISP is the one you need to get to rest your password - you sometimes
get this when the ISP's log in server is OFF
