Outlook Reminders re-appear even after being dismissed

Hi all,
One user out of 600 has a problem with reminders that re-appear every
monrning. The user dismisses them and they are back the next day. They go
as far back as several weeks. This user has a mailbox size of about 4 gig,
is connected to Exchange 2003 SP1, and does not utilize an archive file.

Thought it may have been related to DB corruption, ran ESEUTILS, which found
no errors. Did a defrag on the EDB, problem remains.

Not sure where else to look so any suggestions are welcome.
