Outlook recover pst folder

I have a local folder .pst I had several subfolders. All
of the subfolders except the deleted messages folder are
gone. Is there a method which will allow me to recover
these subfolders? I did not intentionally delete them and
it is possible they have been moved.

Outlook only uses one file for all its data. have you tried running
Scanpst.exe?
 
Run:

outlook.exe /ResetFolders
