For some reason since I upgraded from Outlook XP to
Outlook 2003, my e-mail receive hangs up 75% of the time
when receiving my web-based e-mail. I have been going
round and round with them and they said that everything
on my end is set up right and that because it worked fine
with Outlook XP and now it doesn't with Outlook 2003 that
it is a microsoft problem. All I know is that even by
going out and backinto Outlook I still cannot get my mail
at times. For example, for the last 4 hours, the lower
right-hand corner of my Outlook screen has
said "Receiving Message 1 of 8 (1.75KB of 20.9KB)".
Sometimes it is receiving in bytes instead and never
really ends up receiving it...it just hangs. i can go
onto their website and have no problem reading and
deleting the messages. Tomorrow it may work fine all day
or for a while and then go bad. I also contacted my ISP
and they said it was not them causing the problem because
it would affect all e-mail accounts if it was them. All
my other e-mail accounts can receive all day long no
problem without error. Please help! My web-based e-mail
is through a company called "A+ Hosting" and it is for my
business - it is more important than any of my other 6 e-
mail accounts! Thanks in advance!
