outlook pst

Hello,

I have a pst from user(120 mb) The pst isn't accessible
from outlook. Error: An unknown error occured, error
code: 0x80040600
I tried using scanpst, exmerge but no luck...Can someone
point me to another way of recovering psts please?

have you tried running the inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) against a copy of
said file?
 
Thanks for the advice. Note that this tool couldn't
recover anything, so i had to subscribe for a manual file
recovery http://www.officerecovery.com/anyfile

I ecountered quite a similar problem like yours. But mine pst file is 2.7GB.
Scanpst was done but not successful too.

Thus, i would like to check with you whether your subscribe manual file
recovery is useful?
