Outlook.pst file

Hi ....I need to know how to convert my Outlook.pst file to a Comma
Seperated Value file so that I can import my address book into Outloo
Express.

Any help greatefully appreciated.

File, Import and Export, Export to a file then select your file type in
Outlook 2003. Check Help in your version of Outlook for exporting
directions.

Umm. thanks for the help......I'm sorry I didn't explain clearly enough
.......I don't have Outloook any longer......... I need to convert the
Outlook.pst file (with my addresses and messages and such) that I have saved
on a 250mb Zip to a csv file so that I can import it into Outlook Express.

Any further help gratefully appreciated.
