There is not a compress now option when right clicking on
the file. The user is running Windows ME.
I am currently running scanpst.exe in hopes that this will
help. If not, I will search out the pst2gb file. You
don't happen to have a link do you?

First create a new pst file and move mail to it. If this
does not work, there is a compress now feature on the pst
file. Right click the pst file that is too large and
select compress now. If this does not work, try running
scanpst.exe. This has freed up some space. Finally the
last resort will be to use a free tool from ms called
pst2gb. This will truncate enough space off a pst file to
make it functional again.
