Why would you need to establish a proxy server to connect your email? unless
you need to use a socks proxy.

But using ICS you should be able to use your email fine.

Proxy server requires mapping to port 110 (an 25) to your email server.
Your email then uses the ip address (or name) of the host computer using
whatever you have set as the local ports (110 and 25 should work as defaults
but sometimes these conflict with services running in the background)

i cant setup "proxy server" for email on second pc on nework internet
connection sharing is working.
