Outlook program faliure

Outlook encounters problem and has to shut down. I have
reported it, but can't find any solutions. Outlook is
only able to stay open for about 5 minutes and it shuts
down. The error signature is ModName:fldpub.dll. How
can I fix this issue?
 
What version of Outlook? Are you using Net Folders?
