Let me explain our situation. Our users can log into any computer on the
network using their logon and password. With this windows profile, it will
automatically load up their mapped network drives and settings...however,
everytime I have to go in and add their email to Outlook in order for them to
have access. Why doesn't their Outlook profile transfer from computer to
computer? Is their a way of doing this by running a script of some sort?

That should transfer as well. When you logon to a computer for the first
time and go to Control Panel-> Mail does it show anything?
What version of Outlook and Windows are we talking about?
How did you configure Roaming Profiles?
