Outlook process still running after it's shutdown what's the cure.

Outlook will not reopen unless I manually end the process. There are no
add-ins running at all, no WinFax installed. I've looked high and low for a
cure to this and haven't had anything even close help yet. Anyone with any
other ideas?

Do you have PDA software that synchs with Outlook running?
