Hi all,

I have one user with WXP and Office2003 with an Outlook problem that I
haven't seen before. When the user closes Outlook, the Outlook.exe process
doesn't shut down. When the user tries to restart Outlook it opens up a
second process but nothing comes up.
I tried detect and repair but that didn't change anything. Has anyone seen
this problem?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Claus

Reasons why Outlook remains TSR:

WinFax Pro version 10.0x
PDA in docking station
Activesync older version
Intellisync older version
COM add-ins
AV set to scan incoming/outgoing mail
Mail checker set to pop up notifications when Outlook is closed.
