When I get ready to send an email message and click on
the icon left of the To: A window opens up and the first
thing it has on top right is address book. Click the
down arrow key 4 folders appear and 2 of them are marked
contacts. The contact folder does not agree with my
contacts that I have when I open outlook up. Also, when
I receive an email message and I go to action and save as
contact. They appear in one contact file and not in the
other. I basically want to get rid of one of the contact
files. Can anyone help?

Thank You,

Remove the Outlook Address Book service from your profile, exit Outlook,
re-add the service, and restart Outlook. Alternatively, in Outlook 2002 or
2003, you can click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing
directories or address books, select your Outlook Address Book service,
click Change, and remove the incorrect Contacts listing.
