Outlook problem

I'm new but i need some help.

I've got outlook 2007 and for some reason i keep getting the same excat
email repeatedly and after it recieves 2 of them I get and error message that
says
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. Now I can't send
or recieve any other messages because every time i open outlook it tries to
recieve the same 2 emails. that i've deleted like 100 times. any suggestions

Does your ISP offer a webmail function? If so, use it and delete the
offending emails there..
