Have you tried the Outlook Newsgroups?
| Thanks Gordon. Yes, I tried scanpst.exe but when I browsed, I was unable
to
| locate the file to scan. I don't know how to create a new profile; the
word
| "profile" isn't mentioned in Outlook 2000 Help. I did create a new
account,
| but it made no difference. Can you advise further, or do I need to refer
to
| the Outlook newsgroup? I'm a newcomer to looking for online support, and
| haven't found my way around this site yet.
