Outlook Possible Addins?

Hi,

Would you know if there are any addins for the following:

- Size colums to appear as default in Outlook 2000/2
- Popup Alert in Outlook 2000/2 when instering attachment greater than a set size

It would be great if you could reply to (e-mail address removed)
