I upgraded to Office 2003 from a previous version of office. I had organized
some emails into personal folders, but after the upgrade I can no longer find
them. Any suggestions?
Thank you!

Suggest stating the previous version, how you "upgraded," and how you
accessed your previous "personal folders" in your new installation.

I believe I upgraded from Office 200, using the office 2003 suggestion to
"upgrade" instead of install new.
With respect to how I accessed my previous "personal folders" in my new
installation....I haven't. I cannot find the previous personal folders.

Thank you.

You need to. You must also create a new Outlook profile from scratch after
any "upgrade" installation. Outlook cannot tolerate and does not support an
upgrade installation (Microsoft will not admit that sad fact).
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

Office upgrade will not lose any data, including your Personal Folders
file. Search for your *.PST file(s), then open it/them with Outlook
(make sure that your Explorer properties are set to show hidden and
system files).
