Outlook & Outlook Express Use

I want to be able to use Outlook for my husband and Outlook Express for me. I know it can be done since my computer was set up like this. I had to rebuild the system and now can not get Outlook to open. I have Express working. Can anyone help?
 
Do you get any error messages when starting Outlook?
