Outlook Outbox Locked

I did something stupid and tried sending a way-too-large file through Outlook
2003, and now the file is locked in the Outbox, too big to send but won't let
me delete or move it. I've tried deleting or moving and left the computer
alone for long periods of time just on the chance that I was simply being too
impatient with such a large file, but nothing happens. In fact, Outlook will
eventually stop responding. Any suggestions anyone?

Also put OL Offline close OL . Open OL and Delete message from Outbox.
