I would like to Set up meeting directly from email,which would allow me to
include email text.
 
You can insert or attach an e-mail message to a meeting request automatically
if you drag the message from the inbox list to the calendar icon or folder.
A normal drag will create a new appointment with the text of the message
pre-inserted in the body. If you prefer to insert the message as text or
attach it instead, use a right-click drag.
