Outlook on xp: Format Subject Field?

I want to change the type of font and its color in the
SUBJECT field on emails I send. How pls??

Not to be nasty or to insult, and off topic, but isn't there a
Netiquette guideline that signatures should have a max of 4 lines (RFC
1855; http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/cgi-bin/rfc/rfc1855.html)? You have
a signature that is 14 lines long!
