Outlook ole registration error

I got an OLE registration error on startup in Outlook
2000. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling Outlook
several times. It was working. I have not installed or
uninstalled anything else. I tried recreating my pst file
and got an error in outllib.dll. Not sure if they are
related.
 
Have you tried reinstalling Outlook Express?

Reinstalling Outlook Express worked,
No more OLE Registration Error.
