Outlook Notification to Cell Phone Via Bluetooth

Outlook 2003 SP2
Phone: Razr V3 with no messaging plan, but Bluetooth works fine.

Goal:

When receiving an email from select individuals, have Outlook
send a preset notification to my phone via Bluetooth.
I recognize Bluetooth has a limited range, but I would be interested in
seeing how well
this works in a small office environment.
Anyone done anything like this or have suggestions on how to do this?

Are you using an addin that is capable of sending reminders to a cell phone
via bluetooth? That is a requirement since outlook doesn't support bluetooth
directly.
