OUTLOOK Not receiving mail

I want to get my mail but how? I click on Send/Receive
but nothing happens. It was working seven days ago. I am
sure there is mail for me. ....John

do not know what sort of mail account(s). Please define
what you mean....John
 
Do you have a POP3 account to an ISP? An Exchange account to your company's
Exchange server? Something else?

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get any error messages after
pressing send/receive?
