Outlook not loading

Recently I upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007; during this time I also
downloaded Service Pack 3. Outlook wouldn't load except in safe mode. I took
SP3 off and am still having problems--it eventually comes up but sometimes I
have to try several times. Any ideas?

If it loads in safe mode but not normally, that's a fairly good indication
you have an add-in causing the problem.

What would be an example of an add-in? I can open it (after awhile) since I
took Service Pack 3 off.

Does anything show in Tools>Trust Center>Add-Ins?
