outlook not connecting

My broadband connection is working as I can use explorer,
but I can't download email and get the following error
message (below). Is there a simple solution?

A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the
server. Account: '62.253.162.50', Server: '62.253.162.50',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC15
 
Did you call your ISP to find out what the server settings are supposed to
be for your account?
