Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to get my outlook newsreader back. I did what
the help file said to put it on the go menu. I selected it and had it
running. I exited both the newsreader and outlook and now it the
newsreader is no longer on outlooks go bar and I can no longer find it
anywhere. It is so bad that I can't find the newsreader icon in the
customize toolbar dialog any more. I've had to resort to outlook express
for a newsreader. Can anyone help?

OL uses the OE newsreader it doesnt have its own.
You can if req. create a desktop shortcut eg
"%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /outnews
David

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
