If you want to change options or setting in Outlook it is very hard to find
them, because the names and locations are not logic at all. Like, when you
want to add a column in an e-mail overview, you have to go to View, Arrange
By*, Current View, Customize Current View, Fields...
* While it has nothing to do with arranging e-mails
When you want to remove a column, you can right-click on a column and choose
Remove This Column. Why not Add New Column?
All options and settings that 'belong to each other' should be in the same
logical place and have logical, understandable names. Now you have to
right-click on everything and also look in the View and Tools menu (and Help
database!), because you never know where you will find a setting or option.
