Outlook needs a simple button to "reply without original message"

Outlook Suggestion:
There needs to be a simple button to "reply without original message" or
"reply without history", rather than having to turn off the feature with a
three step procedure.

I agree that this is a support newsgroup ... but if you will notice, the
original entry was marked as a "Suggestion for Microsoft", not as a
"Question". If MS didn't want suggestions here, they shouldn't have made
that an option when designing this forum (or created a re-direct to the
appropriate place when a user selects that option).
