Outlook - multiple profiles

I am trying to set up multiple profiles in Outlook (each
for a different email address).
It seems to want to pull all messages into one inbox
(which ever one is set up as the default) and any
responses are tagged as coming from this same default or
main email address.

Can I set up each profile so that it can have its own
inbox and folders?
Can I also reply to emails showing the actual email
address that is responding versus the default one for
Outlook? If I have 3 email addresses I want to keep the
incoming mail separate from each other. I also want each
to have their own reply and send capabilities.
