Outlook msg

I am attempting to send an Email automatically from
Access, but an Outlook popup appears and advises that my
application is attempting to send an Email on my behalf,
it pauses for about 5 seconds and then I have to clik OK.

I am running this off a timer that is to send a Email
message with an attached report at 4:15 each Wednesday I
wanted to run it unattended. How can I keep the Msg box
from stopping/questioning my process
