How do I include the "attachment" line in a message when printing messages
that have attachment(s). I don't need the attachment printed, only the
message but want to see on the printed copy what was attached (file name of
the attachment would work, or title of the attachment or whatever is
displayed on the message screen.

Outlook 2003 seems to handle it just fine, but with earlier versions of
Outlook, you may have to convert the message to plain text first.
