Outlook Message window not receiving HTML

I have a customer who spent all of last night "playing" with the settings in
Outlook and trashing much of its operation.

The normal inbox works. The Hotmail Inbox and MSN inbox have a problem.

I have almost everything back to normal except the message window that you
get when you double click a message.

These windows work good on plain text. But, I cannot see anything in the
message pane when it is an HTML message. The pane stays gray. The header
reads fine. I have checked encoding, security., etc.... and they all seem
to match my laptop that works fine. So I am lost.

Is there any global reset to default? I don't want to lose the data file
and mail account setups if I can avoid it.

This is a cross posting into this group from setup, because I read after the
fact that office setup is not recommended to post Outlook questions to.

Seem ,to have found the problem. It was an IncrediMail COM add-in. When
that was removed, you could read the HTML just fine.

We re-downloaded the add-in, tried it again with the same bad results. We
removed it, and again back working.

This is a known problem with IncrediMail's 3D effects when opening messages.
Disable 3D visual effects in IncrediMail's options and it should work OK.
