outlook message rules

I have set up a rule in Outlook Express 2003 which checks for specific words
in the subject line and sends out a reply. I have also tried a rule to check
for certain words in the email body. Neither of these rules work though.

No such thing as Outlook EXPRESS 2003. What exactly are you using?
(Help-About will tell you)
 
I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. These same rules work perfect
using outlook express 6.0. I ran some test and watch the test email come in
but the reply is not sent back out. Double checked the subject text again and
it is exactly what the rule is looking for.
