Hi,

I use freeserve as an isp and we have two e-mail
addresses set up with the one account.
I have set these up in outlook but the trouble is whoever
logs on to outlook first gets the e-mails for both
addresses, how can i solve this ?
how can i make sure that only e-mails for that person
logged on are downloaded ?

Please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)

Thanks

What version of Outlook? Does each user have his/her own Windows login, or
are all sharing the same one? Do you have multiple mail profiles set up in
Outlook?

Outlook will keep different email configurations for each
user. You should set up one email account in Outlook
when logged on as one user, and then log in as the other
user and set up the other email account. That way, each
user will only see their own email account.
You'll probably have to delete the account in Outlook for
the email address that doesn't match the current user if
you have both email accounts set up in one log on account.
