Outlook message gone, but still there.

One of my coworkers had an email that she moved to the
root of her information store. (outlook 2K running off
of exchange 5.5) The message completely dissapeared but
when it is searched for, it is located in the folder "Top
of Information Store" Where has this message gone, is
there a folder or is there a way to open that location?

Apparently it's in the "Top of Information Store" folder. Does she have the
view enabled that shows only unread messages?
