Outlook mailing labels

In preparation for the forthcoming festive season, I thought it would be a
good idea to use the contacts file in Outlook to print address labels for the
Christmas cards my wife is wont to send to all our friends. I have spent
most of the evening adding a Christmas category to the lucky recipients, and
set about trying to print the list. I have read through my dummies guide
with no success, the microsoft booklet was even less use. Can it be done?
Is it me? Can anyone help?

It can. Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form
Letters, mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview
