outlook mail

I have sent e-mail of pictures be quite honest it was to big to do as e-mail
I think it was like 156 MB but now it is hung on my sent items and I can't
delete it. everytime I tried it my computer will hang up. Any idea what to
do to get this off from mine computer? Help?

Open OL and set offline, then delete the mail
