Hi,

My mail is going to my client's junk mail folder
automatically. He's using Outlook (not express).

How can we correct this?

Thanks in advance,
Cid

Well, stop sending him junk! ;-)

Just kidding...

What version of Outlook is he running?

lol

According to the e-mail syntax he's running Version 6, no?

--------------------------------------------------------
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook IMO, Build 9.0.2416
(9.0.2911.0)
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1165
--------------------------------------------------------

If that doesn't tell you what you need to know, I'll have
to ask him tomorrow.

Thanks,
Cid

Actually, he's running version 9 (aka Outlook 2000). The 6 referred to the
version of MimeOLE.

In that version (the current version is 11, and it has much more effective
anti-spam filtering), Outlook uses a canned list of text strings that signal
that either commercial or "adult" content is contained in the email. For
some reason, something in your emails are making the list.

He can either turn junk filtering off, or he can create an exception that
lets your email in. To create an exception, he needs to check Tools - Rules
Wizard, Exception List, and add your sender information.

HTH...
