Can someone explain me, how can I use location in outlook.
Is it some location for example conference room 1 or conference room 2, and I can choose a room?
And can exchange manage that room's? I want to ask that can you set in excange I have conference room 1 and 2 and you have to select a room wich you will use?

Thanks.

Btw. Another question. can you specified that you will use conference room No. 1 and you will use TV in that room?

Thank you very much.

The location field is just a visually notifier and as far as I know has no
other function, your Exchange administrator could however "setup" resources
that could then be invited to meetings, for a start on this check out

That's not how it works. The location is for reference only. If you also
want to book resources you should create additional Calendars for them in
the Public Folders. You can then invite these resources for your meeting and
those calendars will be updated and automatically accept or reject the
appointment based on availability.
