I have a hotmail plus account (not msn) and I recently signed up for Outlook
Live however is won't let me download the software, it give me this meesage

Outlook Live requires a $50/year Hotmail Premium account. The $20/year
Hotmail Plus account allows you to use your own copy of Outlook to connect.
