Hello,

I've just subscribed to Outlook Live but find I cannot create (or copy)
subfolders. Is this correct?

Kol

I never even heard of Outlook Live until you mentioned it. You'll probably
have to ask MSN Help about this. It is still in beta, so information & help
might still be scarce.

Sure, OK, but I am definitely not allowed to create/copy subfolders from
what I can see. It is basically a Hotmail account in Outlook and so cannot
create subfolders. I was expecting something better for the money but see
very little difference between Outlook Live and a Hotmail account in
Outlook. :-(

I find this a major oversight if correct. I have hundreds of folders and
subfolders and wanted all my mail available online to view anyway. But this
is probably not possible.

Me thinks I'll be asking for a refund, tsch. :-(

Outlook Live was launched on January 20 and is no longer in beta. You can
not create subfolders, but you can create as many folders as you want so this
allows you to keep your email organized. And any changes you make to your
calendar, contacts, tasks or email while you are in Outlook are updated so
that the same changes appear to your account when you are on the Web.
