Outlook Keeps On Restarting

I have asked this question in the past and was told to
create a new profile because every so often Outlook
restarts; wants me to send an error report and when I do,
Outlook restarts again and goes through the same
procedure. Even when I create a new profile, the same
happens. Recently I reformatted the computer,
reinstalled the programs and now the same things is
happening again. I could understand if this happened
once or twice, but now it is happening quite frequently.
Any recommendations?

Any add-ins installed that may be doing this?
What version of Outlook are you suing?
Ensure the latest Service Pack for your version of Office is installed.
 
Outlook is 2003 with SP1 instaled. I have an outlook backup program, Outlook
Backup 4 and no additional add ons. Does this help?
 
See if disabling that add-in helps.
If that helps and if you want to use it in the future then ensure you have
the latest one installed. There's a newer version compatible with Outlook
2003.
To be honest (despite many other opinions) I don't recommend it. It has
often casued issues in the past.
